Susan Knall

Chief Operations Officer (COO)

 

Susan serves as Fort Strategic's COO and is responsible for ensuring that all functional aspects of Fort Strategic, Fort Strategic Ventures and FSV’s incubated companies are being successfully adjudicated. Susan brings over 30 years of corporate leadership experience and she has a proven record of success in defining business strategies that translate into actionable initiatives, ultimately driving efficiencies and maximizing profitability.

 

Prior to joining Fort Strategic, Susan worked for Wellspring Resources (currently ING), Watson Wyatt (currently Towers Watson), General Motors Corporation and Fidelity Investments where she served as Vice President for four different business units including Client Services Implementation and Strategic Business Solutions.

 

Susan received her MBA from Michigan State University, a Management Leadership Certificate from Babson College and is a current Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
